TaBOR Bill Delayed

The Taxpayer Bill of Rights Bill sponsored by State Senator Jim Bryson has been delayed again until next week. It was originally scheduled to come before the Senate Judiciary Committee last Tuesday.

It is apparently being delayed again so that a rule change can take effect for there to be a roll call vote in the committee. Basically this would mean that the votes would be recorded so we will know who votes which way.

The wait continues...

Until then, contact the Senators on the Judiciary Committee to voice your support for TaBOR (filed as SJR0088).
