Yes, Professor Madden, we all noticed when Jerry Falwell began the American Inquisition in 1977, with Anita Bryant's help. Then came Pat Robertson. Now we have John Ashcroft, the man who was so popular in his home state that he lost his bid for a Senate seat to a dead Democrat. So, lacking all credibility at home, he naturally went to work for w's Big Brother.
