What's a Blog?
Heh.
On an MBA discussion email list, the question was originally posed, "What constitutes a blog?" The conversation then went to different types of blogs and their update frequency at which point someone made the observation: "A news blog would update frequently (24-hr news cycle), while a catblog would update rarely (day 3, cat still sitting at window)."
No offense to cat bloggers out there, but I just found that entertainingly humorous.
Ok...back to CARR.

Best. Cat blog. Ever.
In fact, it is better than most blogs.

Brittney: Something interesting...the article from the DNJ that you linked to (from Lance) oversimplifies journalistic blogs while the comment I posted oversimplifies non-journalistic blogs.
Truthfully, blogging can be anything. It can be journalism if you make it become journalism, but there are blogs out there that have nothing to do with journalism, but they are still blogs.
I would write more about that, but today I don't have time, so right now it's just a random observation. lol
