Another Case for Kozinski

Today, David Bernstein over at the Volokh Conspiracy makes a case for a Kozinski nomination to the Supreme Court just as I did this weekend.

I'd also like to say that, in my humble opinion, it would be unwise for Bush to nominate Gonzalez.

How do you feel about Janice Rogers Brown?

Would present Kennedy et al an interesting dilemma since they just confirmed her. The O'Connor lovers can't complain about lack of experience since she has more than O'Connor did. As long as we don't get another Souter, Kennedy, or O'Connor. Someone who knows the difference between the Supreme Court and the House of Lords and will apply the Constitution as the farmers wrote it.
