An $802 Radio that Belongs to You
Why does Metro School Director Pedro Garcia need an $802 radio charged to taxpayers? Beats me. What about his vanity plate that is also charged to taxpayers?
Channel 4's Larry Brinton is taking Garcia to task over it all.

His rims fot the Tahoe cost $6500, new chain steering wheel cost $2500, Custom Built Tweeters and Sub Woofers in the back were $3000, Shagg floor mats that read "Nacho Tahoe" and "So Cal Fan" were $650, and not to mention the new Muffler endorsed by Bubba Rubb that makes Pedro Garcia's Tahoe say "Whooop Whoooo." All at tax payers expense.
