Ever since there has been talk about replacing Rehnquist as Chief Justice, I’ve wondered, why not replace him with Scalia? Scalia is probably the most Constitutionally minded Supreme Court Justice that we have.
Apparently the new Democrat Minority Leader in the Senate, Harry Reid, agrees:
